Hi svvn friends... our classmate...dear friend,,, my cousin brother ...who I grew up with..Pratheesh (Kannan)... passed away this morning...it has been a great shock for evryone in my family including me..

Someone who I wanted to be more friends with,... someone who i wanted to know more about...maybe I was too busy, I dint talked to him for months or I was waiting for a better tomorrow..now that I realize he is nomore..all those unspoken words remain in my heart forever....God picks those, who he likes the most..life is so unpredictable...

Everyone pray for his soul.. :'(

A new beginning

Got a new job after job-hunting for 2 months @ TATA communication ltd. The 5 and a half months vacation in india was awesome. Life was kingsize there. No work, no stress and lots of food with motherly love.

Life is taking a new turn. Everything is different around. Starting everything from scratch. I am so gracious to God for surrounding me with beautiful people.

I have taken my learners licence after a gap of 4 years. It was a long queue and I waited for 2 and a half hours to get the learners licence. I am taking driving lessons too. This time I will bag my driving license. 23 years old and still dont have a license,, so embarassing.

If this whole life was a dream seen by some infant who died hundreds of years ago. Isnt that cool?

I would like to think so.
We all have dreams.
We see dreams when we are awake and while asleep. We think, we imagine, and some of us write down. Have we ever felt that, those we write down or imagine or dream, simply happens as it is. It will be a shock. Or a great coincidence.

Maybe I am drawn to such thoughts because of my love towards fantacy and fiction.

There was a novel called Futlity by an author named Morgan Robertson about a ship named Titan. According to the novel this ship was considered unsinkable as It was the biggest of its time. And so, it had only less lifeboats for its whole 3000 passengers. The novel dealt with the sinking of this ship by striking an iceberg on April near midnight in the North Atlantic. The ship was racing at a speed of 25 knots and hit the iceberg at the starboard and sunk in 5 minutes.

You wouldnt be amazed if this novel was published on 1912 after the sinking of the great Titanic as the tragedy happened on 14 April 1912 @ 11:40pm presicely. Well its true.

But the actual fact was, It was re-published on 1912 by the auther himself as he realized that the novel's theme greatly resembled to that of the real incident. Yes, the novel Futility was first published on 1898, 14 years prior to the tragedy, even before Titanic was made. Thats not all.

The size, weight, speed, point of impact, number of passengers, month of impact, number of lifeboats, horsepower, number of propellers and even the number of compartments were all shockingly almost accurate in the novel.
Not to mention the ship's name Titan. Well, Titanic's makers had a tradition of naming its ships ending with an 'ic' like oceanic, olympic, Germanic, britannic and the list goes on. Otherwise the name could also have been the same.

How do you explain this? Is it coincidence?

I dont think so. Some people call this phenomenon "Synchronicity".

So it might happen like the imagination or dream of a human being can become a reality.

If the company "White Star Line" who made the Titanic and nicknamed it unsinkable, ever read this book before Titanic's maiden voyage, that might have saved many lives.

I believe that God send us a warning sign in the form of Robertson's imagination and created the "Futility". The fact that man's arrogance and intelligence is nothing in front of God's will was thoroughly established when the novel was republished again on 1912 indicating "you were warned but didnt listen".

There might have been signs and warnings before every disaster that took place. I am not saying "There was". Maybe we saw these signs and perceived them wrongly.

Synchronicity

Synchronicity is a phenomenon where two different events share a common link which has some deep meaning or is somehow related to the person involved in it.

I have something personal to discuss which I believe is something close to this phenomenon. After my graduation, I was job-hunting for months. Suddenly one morning about 6am, I received a message wishing me luck for finding the job soon. Also it said "I will pray" for that to happen soon. I was curious as it was so early to receive a message, also an unknown number. I called back and It was one of my friends. We talked for sometime and I was about to sleep again after the call as I had nothing to do other than applying online. Before falling to bed I saw a today weekly on my bed probably put by my roommate. In it was a message written in bold

" Tomorrow is too late".

I thought if it had anything to do with my ongoing lazy life.

I just read and then slept again. After one hour I got a call from my friend saying there is an interview and asked me to get ready for it right away. They were looking for 2 noobs. I was not even prepared. The interview was within 1 hour and I rushed for it and got that job. Although the job didnt go very well for me, but this was an example of synchronicity as it was my first interview and first job.

So in conclusion Synchronicity is the way of the Universe trying to tell you something

The 26000 year old mayan calender comes to an end on December 21 2012 @ 11:11. According to the mayans, this marks a re-birth to our world. 11:11 is considered a door way to change. Some people think the world is gonna end in 2012, but I believe some change is gonna happen then. Something positive.

The Year 2010

One more year passess with lots and lots of memories engraved in it. 2010 was a wonderful year for me. So much things happened during this period of my lifetime. This year changed me as a person and as a bachelor I enjoyed this year to the fullest. There are a few things I would like to remember when it comes to the changes that reflected on my life as a person and as a social being. These are the great things that happened to me during 2010.

New Job

I was about to get my singapore PR, when suddenly due to certain circumstances I lost my previous job @ viewqwest due to conflict with my ex boss Vig (I called him pig). I was so lucky I got a new job @ UTAC in a week and got my PR card in the month followed. Compared to viewqwest, the job here was so relaxing and it was normal office hours. I really enjoyed working with my new team mates (Cant forget Faisal my team leader) and free environment. In viewqwest, I used to sit in a semi dark room the whole day and attended calls from customers. I was really fed up with shouting from customers as we couldnt say anything back. This changed in UTAC as here we dealt with users. I really had an attitude isssue with most of the stubborn users but they were totally harmless. So I had a really good job during 2010.

It was my long time dream to buy a cam as I was so passionate towards photography. I bought my cam during february of 2010.

Friends

I made a lot of good friends this year. Some of them are Vimesh, Arshim, Jibin, Sulabh, Thushar, Jinto, Giji, Faizal, Wei Xiang, Nyan Lin Hyat, Eugene, Reshma, Saheer, Renjith etc. Dont know if i missed anyone. These are the names that come to my mind first. The best among them was Vimesh I should say. He was and will be a really good friend. We used to workout during midnight before gong to bed. Also he taught me a bit of karate. We shared some common interests.

California Fitness

This year I started a membership @ California fitness. This is one of the best gyms ever. I joined here with my good friend Anvin. This gym helped me transform physically and mentally. I will really miss this place.

Cooking

I learnt to cook this year. My Gurus were Jinto and Thushar. I really enjoyed cooking and most times I did it alone. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen for my meal preperation. Well most of my experiments were tasty.

Rocking

The most rocking moment was Giji's Birthday. We started celebrating from 12 am to 6am in the morning. We bought 2 packets of egg, 2 soya milk and coke. We threw the eggs, soya milk and coke at her. It was a rocking party @ bedok reservoir. After that all of the guys got drunk and slept @ the reservoir itself. We left for home @ 6am.

Resolution

The next year shall not be this good, but who knows. Lets hope for the best. I got a few plans for next year. I will be resigning from my current job as I completed here 1 year. Will be going back to India for 3-4 months. During this time I will be taking my CCNA and MCSE. After returning to Singapore should find a new job and also start doing part time degree in bachelor of network engineering. Hope it will be a very busy year compared to 2010 but who knows what surprices awaits. Lots and Lots of dreams to fullfill. Hope they will come true some day.

I was having a small flu and fever for last 3 days and took medical leave the whole week. I was so fed up and bored, so went out with Rohith to take some snaps.

Almost all friends in my Facebook had put Xmas wishes on their wall, well I didnt. I thought it was too much of a cliche. Maybe I was not in a good mood. And I have no idea why the hell I am growing a beard !!!

എന്തൊക്കയോ ആലോചിച്ചു അങ്ങനെ നില്ക്ക ആയിരുന്നു tuition ക്ലാസിനു പുറത്തെ ഒഴിഞ്ഞ കടയുടെ തണലില്‍... ഇടവഴിയില്‍ ഒരു കുഞ്ഞു പോലുമില്ല. ക്ലാസ്സില്‍ കുറെ പെന്ന്കുട്ടികള്‍ ഇരുപ്പുണ്ട്‌. എല്ലാം പരദൂഷണം പറഞ്ഞുള്ള ഇരിപ്പാ.. അതാ അവന്‍ പുറത്തിറങ്ങി നില്കുന്നത്.. ക്ലാസ് തുടങ്ങാന്‍ ഇനിയും അര മണിക്കൂര്‍ ബാക്കി.

വിജനമായ ആ നട പാതയിലൂടെ തന്റെ ഒരു സഹപാഠിയായ പെണ്‍കുട്ടി അപ്പോള്‍ നടന്നു വരുന്നത് കണ്ടു. കൂട്ടിനു ബൈക്കില്‍ രണ്ടു ചേട്ടന്മാരും.

അടുത്ത് വന്നപ്പോള്‍ മനസിലായി രണ്ടും വായിന്നോക്കികള്‍ ആണെന്ന്. അവര്‍ പെണ്‍കുട്ടിയെ എന്തോ ചോദിച്ചു ശല്യപ്പെടുത്‌കയാണ്.

വഴി വിജനമായത് കൊണ്ട് അവര്‍ക്ക് സൗകര്യമായി.

അവന്‍ ഇതെല്ലം കണ്ടു നിന്ന്. ഒന്നുമറിയാത്ത പോലെ ഒതുങ്ങി മാറി നിന്നേക്കാം. രണ്ടും നല്ല തടിയന്മാരാ. മീശയൊക്കെയുണ്ട് .. ഒരു അടി കിട്ടിയാല്‍ തന്റെ കാറ്റ് പോകും..

പക്ഷെ എത്രെന്നു വച്ച ഇതൊക്കെ കണ്ടില്ലാന്നു നടിക്കുന്നെ. പ്രശ്നങ്ങളിലേക്ക് എടുത്തു ചാടാനുള്ള അവന്റെ ഉള്‍പ്രേരണ കാരണം ഇടപെടാന്‍ തന്നെ തീരുമാനിച്ചു..

"ചേട്ടന്മാരെ എന്ഗ്ടോട്ടുള്ള വഴിയ അറിയേണ്ടത്.."
അവന്‍ ധൈര്യം സംഭരിച്ചു ചോദിച്ചു : "ഞാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു തരാം. "

പെണ്‍കുട്ടി ഈ നേരം കൊണ്ട് ഓടി ക്ലാസ്സിലേക്ക് പോയി ...

"അവനായി .. അവന്റെ പാടായി" എന്നായിരിക്കും അവള്‍ കരുതിയിട്ടുണ്ടാവുക

താന്‍ ഒറ്റക്കാണ് എന്ന് ചിന്ത അവനു തോന്നിയില്ല

വായിന്നോക്കികള്‍ രണ്ടും ബൈക്കില്‍ ഇരുന്നു അവനെ നോക്കി ഇളിഭ്യരായി ചിരിച്ചു..
പുറകില്‍ ഇരുന്നവന്‍ ചാടിയിറങ്ങി ബൈക്കില്‍ നിന്നും
മുന്പിളിരുന്നവന്‍ സുഹൃത്തിനോട് പറഞ്ഞു "ഡാ വേണ്ട വിട്ടേക്ക്"

ഇത് കണ്ടു അവന്റെ നെഞ്ചിടിച്ചു ..
"വല്ല കാര്യവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നോ ?" അവന്‍ മനസ്സില്‍ പറഞ്ഞു
"മിണ്ടാതിരുന്നാല്‍ മതിയായിരുന്നു ..ഇടി തരാനാവും ആശാന്‍ വരുന്നത് ...

വരട്ടെ... !!

പേടിച്ചോടുന്ന പ്രശ്നമില്ല..

ഇപ്പോഴാനെങ്ങില്‍ ആരുമില്ലാ .. സംഗതി secret ആയി ഇങ്ങു മേടിക്കാം.. തല്‍കാലം ആരും അറിയത്തുമില്ല "
"ആ പെണ്ണ് എവിടെ ? ഇതാ പറയുന്നത് ഒരുത്തിയേയും വിശ്വസിക്കല്ലെന്നു "

ഉള്ളിലുള്ള ഭയം അവന്‍ പുറത്തു കാട്ടിയില്ല... ബൈക്കില്‍ നിന്ന് ഇറങ്ങിയ ആള്‍ ഓടി അവന്റെ അടുത്തേക്ക് ചെന്ന് കൈ പിടിച്ചൊരു shakehand കൊടുത്തു. എന്നിട്ട് അയാള്‍ ചോദിച്ചു

" എന്താ അനിയന്റെ പേര് ?"

അവനേതോ ഒരു പേര് പറഞ്ഞു. സ്വന്തം പേര് പറഞ്ഞില്ല.
പിന്നെ അയാള്‍ക്ക് അറിയേണ്ടത് അവന്റെ 'വീട് എവിടെ' എന്നായിരുന്നു
തൊട്ടടുത്താണ് എന്ന് അവന്‍ കള്ളം പറഞ്ഞു.

"ഊരും പേരും എല്ലാം ചോദിച്ചിട്ട് ആളെ കൂട്ടി വന്നു തല്ലനായിരിക്കും" അവന്‍ കരുതി

ഇത്രയും പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് അയാള്‍ ഓടി ബൈക്കില്‍ കേറി പെടന്നു സ്ഥലം വിട്ടു..
"ഇവനൊക്കെ ഇത്രക്കെ ഉള്ളോ.?" അവന്‍ കരുതി

ഒരു കൊച്ചു ഹീറോ ആയ ഭാവം ആയിരുന്നു അപ്പോള്‍ അവനു. പക്ഷെ ഒരു ഈച്ച പോലും കണ്ടില്ല അവന്റെ heroism.
"Total waste of time and energy" അല്ലാതെന്തു പറയാന്‍ ?

എന്തായാലും ഇനി മേലില്‍ ഇത്തരം മണ്ടത്തരങ്ങള്‍ കാണിക്കില്ലെന്ന് അവന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.

ഇടവഴിയില്‍ ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് നില്‍കാതെ അവന്‍ പെട്ടന്ന് ക്ലാസ്സിലേക്ക് പോയി.

The two things that holds the worst chemistry among eachother are MONEY & FRIENDSHIP. Never ever mix them both. The possible outcome will be the loss of both. I had been in such troubles a lot of time. When friendship gets compromised in the name of money, its hard to deal with. Most of us will have gone through these throughout our lives, but its not that easy to avoid such situations. But there are things we can follow inorder to avoid such mishaps.

When we are in a financial crisis, try not to borrow money from your best friend, even if you did, pay it back asap. Dont make him ask for it. This will cause him to not lend you money next time when you are in trouble.
Dont make friends inorder to fullfill your financial needs. Thats cheap.
If you cant pay back the money within the deadline, inform your friend. Dont keep him waiting.
If your friend lend you money and suddenly if he is having an urgency, dont be selfish. Arrange money from somewhere and help him. Keep your friend's need in priority as he helped you when you were in trouble.
Only lend money to those who you really trust. Dont lend money to strangers.
Dont delay payment even if your friend doesnt care or provide a deadline. In course of time, he might feel that you are irresponsible.
Dont let people to manipulate you into transfering your funds.
Dont make financial dealings with people who swear a lot. Observe people.
Dont become a middleman in financial dealings.

Good morning... This is the first time I get up so early in the morning to update my blog. I was having a call @ 06:30 am regarding some application issues. So that is one more reason for me to go for work late.

Will update some interesting stories soon. Now I dont have much time. The issue regarding the apps are not yet solved. Will get back to you soon. Would love to write something in malayalam, but it consumes hell lot of time.

Had a small headache and throat pain. So took a leave from work today.

Called mum in India

It was her 29th wedding anniversary.... June 30

Also there was a bad news

Uma aunty passed away

It was shocking

She was sleeping and she never wake up

She saw mum yesterday also

Mum said Anand was crying when she saw him

Glad to know Habeeb was with him the whole day for a support

I called and talked to him

It was diificult for me to say something

He talked to me like normal

it was really hard for me

I couldnt bear if something like that happened to me

But only when you loose someone, you will know how badly you needed them

how badly you miss them

But what had happened is happened and that cant be changed

so what I thought was, be polite and good to people you care for

we will have to part from everyone of them at some point of our life

there wont be a second chance if you were mean to them and they just left you

you wont even get a chance to say sorry

thats a wierd truth about life

emotions are never to be kept inside

just let go of your ego and say sorry to them if you hurt someone you care for

may be you wont get a second chance
